To ride with us, we’ll want to make sure we have all of your contact information. We ask you to please create an account then buy your desired package online. You will not be able to book any rides without credits tied to your account.
Before you Ride:
1. Drink plenty of water before, during and after your spin.
2. Eat - have a meal a few hours before class or light snack 30 - 60 minutes prior.
3. What to bring/wear - bring a water bottle and wear whatever athletic wear you feel most comfortable in. We clip in to Ride! Clipping in provides greater stability and better overall performance. Complimentary shoes are provided. Of course, you’re always welcome to bring your own cycling shoes if you have them. **Please NO outside footwear on the bikes**
4. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check into class. This can either be done from our ipad located outside of the studio or simply from our app on your mobile device by turning on location services, our Geo check-in software allows you to check-in anywhere in the building. New spinners must sign a digital waver if they have not yet created an account.
5. Next it's time to set up your bike. Our instructors will be more than happy to show you how to set up your bike so that you get the best ride and also answer any questions you may have. Don't be afraid to ask!
